When I had Sage, I decided to shorten my seasons for photography. I normally end around mid-October and start again when the blossoms come. This last year was a little different with the fact that I had the twins in August.
To welcome back Spring after a long Idaho winter and to embrace the creativity I had stored away for the last few months – Sage and I took to the beautiful blossoms in our front yard. I love documenting the seasons of my children’s lives, especially in a way that highlights their curiosity for nature. These little moments were made complete when we added my first film camera, given to me by my grandfather – a true full-circle moment.
