One of the greatest joys I have had as a wedding photographer are the relationships I build with my couples. Marin and Jake are no exception.
During their camping weekend in Southeast Idaho (just a week or two after their wedding), the rain came and my doors opened as they asked to stay the night. They ended up staying an extra couple days with us! In return, on my way back from a wedding in Utah (at midnight) they opened their doors for me as I needed a place to crash. Since their wedding, we have become the closest of friends.
The relationships I have developed with my clients have enriched my life in ways I cannot even begin to describe!
Now let’s talk about their wedding! Marin and Jake were actually married a year before… the beautiful day I was able to photograph was the day they were being sealed in the Logan LDS Temple and the big party that came with it. We started in Logan and the next day we were dancing the night away in Boise, Idaho.
These two lovebirds were surrounded by friends and family, who not only stood by their sides during this beautiful time but were the ones that helped create the stunning reception, florals and more. Each detail was a symbol of their life together and the life they are continuing to build. I hope you fall in love with each detail and moment just as I did. Enjoy!
