I could write a novel about how long I’ve known Ky and Gabi, the impact they have made in my life and how much I loved photographing their anniversary session. Instead, I’m going to keep it short and simple.

Alaska, puppy and well a puppy.

Okay… here is a little more. Gabi and I went actually found this location by taking sweet little Lena on a walk one Sunday. I felt like it perfectly captured our hometown of Juneau, Alaska and because all of us grew up there, I figured this would be the perfect place to capture the life of these two. It did not disappoint. The weather was perfect (oh gosh, I’ve used that word like 4 times now.) but it really was especially of our Southeast Alaska town where rain is considered liquid sunshine and Lena agreed with me as she bounced around in the long grass and… mud.

Trust me, you’ll fall in love with these images and they might just convince you that you need a puppy as well.
